Are you pregnant?

Congratulations! A special period full of changes. Changes in a time in which we expect a lot from ourselves and often do not have (or do not take) much time to reflect on this. Fortunately there is Pregnancy Yoga. A bit of me-time, good for yourself and also for your baby.


In this short practical course  you learn by means of down to earth exercises to find and keep your balance (physically and mentally) during pregnancy.

Missed the first lesson, no problem, just send us an e-mail, joining later is also possible.



- improvement of your daily posture (to prevent back, neck and shoulder complaints)

- you learn useful breathing techniques for during pregnancy (and delivery)

- be more relaxed by releasing muscles, but also by letting go of thoughts and expectations

- awareness of your pelvic floor muscles (delivery muscles)

- time to quietly make the connection with your baby

- nice moment for yourself




Are you pregnant between 15 and 34 weeks? Then you can join this short course. So you don't have to have experience with yoga. The short course is ideal when you are in the second trimester.



The classes will be in our indoor shala or if the weather permits on our beautiful rooftop shala (under big umbrella's) of course with more than 1.5 m distance between everybody.
