Mini Yoga retreat autumn 2019

How wonderful it can be to occasionally "ME-time" for yourself in your agenda. A moment to completely relax again, to recharge.
Do you fancy a wonderful yoga weekend? With sufficient time for a nice walk, delicious meals and a good book or an inspiring conversation by the fire?

 

Then write down in your diary from Friday 22nd -Sunday 24th of November and reserve your place for this pampering weekend.

 


WHY A MINI-YOGA RETREAT

There is a huge difference between going on holiday and going on retreat. Even the word itself tells us that it's all about stepping back, going inwards, and allowing yourself the treat of time out.

 

A change in your body. A yoga retreat is still about yoga, and the increase in classes will likely lead to faster advances in your practice than when you're at home. Without the usual distractions of daily life and the extra time to focus, you'll notice a change in your body and mind.

 

At the very least, time away from your day-to-day life will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, re-inspired, and deeply rested. At best a retreat can help you to gain clarity, seek for deeper truth, and possibly even find the answers you've been searching for.

 


PROGRAM
On Friday 22nd of November you are welcome from 4 pm for a warm welcome by our hostesses in the Limburg hills. While enjoying a cup of tea, you can already get to know the other participants and check inn to one of the nice guest rooms of this special historic farm.

 

Afterwards, Sylvia and Fieke welcome you for a first wonderful yoga session in the beautiful yoga shala with heated bamboo floor and a view of the beautiful garden.
In the meantime, the cook starts working for us for a delicious vegetarian (vegan) meal.
After the yoga session it is time to go to the table together and get to know each other a bit better.

 

On Saturday and Sunday we will start on time with a wonderful (dynamic) yoga session. It is then that the mind is most calm and able to meditate and the time that the yoga practices has the profound effect.
After the first yoga (and meditation) session, breakfast is ready for you.

In the morning and early afternoon there is ample time for a wonderful walk in the hills of Limburg, time to read a good book or simply to relax by the fire or in your room.

 

Of course, the lunch and dinner are fully taken care of by our cook.
In the early afternoon there is time again for an optional session (eg singing mantras or yoga philosophy).
In the evening we close the program with a delicious yin or meditation session.

The weekend is suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, Sylvia and Fieke ensure that everyone will have a wonderful time.
Even if you are not a member of De Yoga Studio, we cordially invite you to participate.
