Marcella Tam

Developmental sociologist, therapist, coach and mother of two beautiful young adults.

What inspires me and gives me satisfaction in life is being able to contribute to people's flourishing and coming into their own.

I do this, among other things, through body-oriented therapy and through the guidance of relatives and caregivers in palliative care.

In 2012, I lost my best friend, great love and husband to cancer. He and our life together are the source of inspiration for my book, my workshops for relatives and caregivers and lectures.

Working with people who, personally or through their work, are in direct contact with the essentials in life gives me great satisfaction. This applies both to the broader therapeutic work I do with people who are looking for more satisfaction in their lives and to my lectures and workshops for relatives and caregivers.
