You can follow Pregnancy Yoga in different ways with us.

 

 

 1. By registering for a Pregnancy Yoga course / workshop.

 

Course Mindfully Pregnant

Are you pregnant between 15 and 32 weeks? Then you can start with this course of 5 lessons. The course is ideal when you are in the second and third trimester and you prefer a short course instead of weekly lessons. Or if you still feel very well physically and you do not want to cancel your current (sports) activity, but you do want to prepare for the birth. The exercises and breathing techniques are mainly focused on the period of your pregnancy and in preparation for the birth.

Practical Course Preparing for Birth

Are you between 15 and 40 weeks pregnant and want your preparation for the birth itself? Then you can participate in this short course of 3 lessons. So you don't have to have experience with yoga. The short course is ideal when you are in the last trimester and you prefer a short course instead of weekly lessons. Or if you still feel well physically and you do not want to cancel your current (sports) activity, but you do want to prepare for the birth. The exercises and breathing techniques are mainly focused on the birth itself. Also ideal to follow during your maternity leave.

Workshop Giving Birth Together

We can imagine that your partner has no idea what is expected of him / her during delivery. This workshop is for you, but especially for your partner. We will consider what he / she can do to support you. Which (yoga) postures and breathing techniques you can use together to give and receive relief or support. And what other ways there are in which your partner can help you.

 

The next workshop starts to be determined.

 

2. By booking a Private lesson

Are the times of the lessons, courses or workshops not convenient for you? Or would you like guidance that is completely tailored to your wishes (and possibly that of your partner)? Or do you perhaps come across certain things (physical or mental) that you would like to work on in peace?
Then we can also make an appointment for a private lesson. Together we can look at what we will work on during the lesson.

Language:

The lessons, courses and workshops are in Dutch. We have many English speaking students who follow the Dutch classes. Most of the time it is fine. All our teachers can speak English and when they speak to you individually (inside or outside class) they will do so in English.

 

Are you already a member?

 Are you pregnant and are you already a member of us? With us you can continue with the regular lessons well into your pregnancy. But then consult with us by sending an email to [email protected] And inform your teacher as soon as possible. There are also a number of things that you better can and cannot do during this special period. This is different for the various teaching forms that we have. And the teacher can take this into account, but of course it must be known that you are pregnant.

It is also possible to switch to Pregnancy Yoga in the second or third trimester.
